Order Cancellation
You are free to cancel your order before we confirm or start processing it. Once it’s on its way, we’ll drop you an email with the tracking details, and if you’re in Pakistan, keep an eye on your phone for an Email.
Now, if you’ve used a credit card and want to cancel after placing the order, we can make it happen, but only if we haven’t started shipping or processing yet. If we’ve already kicked things off, you’ll need to cover any bank transaction charges.
Once your order is out for delivery, our ‘Exchange Policy’ comes into play (if it applies). For credit card orders, the ‘Exchange Policy‘ kicks in once the payment is processed. Quick heads up, we might have to cancel or make changes to an order for reasons like the item not being available, your address or contact info not checking out, international orders wanting Cash on Delivery, stitching requested with a Cash on Delivery order, or if your credit card payment gets declined.
