Exchange Policy

We’re happy to help you exchange a product within 7 days of getting it, but there are only two reasons we can do that:

  1. If we sent you the wrong item or size that doesn’t match what you ordered.
  2. If there’s something wrong with the product due to manufacturing.

If you notice any issues with the quantity of items within 24 hours of getting your order, let us know.

Make sure the product is unused, has all its tags on, and you’ve got the purchase invoice. Unfortunately, things bought on sale can’t be exchanged. Also, keep in mind that because screens and photo lighting can affect how colors look, we can’t exchange items just because they look a bit different in person.

Drop an email to our customer service at support@pehnawy.com with pictures of any defective products, and they’ll guide you through the process.

Once we get the product back and our quality team gives it the thumbs up, we’ll exchange it for the right one. No extra charges, but it depends on whether we have the item in stock. If not, we’ll give you a coupon for our online store that you can use for your next order.

Oh, and just so you know, sale items are final – no exchanges.
