Local Orders:

Enjoy free shipping within Hyderabad! For deliveries to other cities in Pakistan, there’s a small fee of 300/- PKR. Once you’ve placed your order, expect a confirmation email and text. We’ll finalize everything with a quick confirmation call from our friendly customer service representative. After that, your eagerly awaited order should reach you within 2-3 business days. Keep in mind, credit card payments might take up to three business days to process. If you’ve ordered custom stitching, give us 7-10 business days to make it perfect!

International Orders:

We’re happy to ship worldwide! Your shipping cost depends on where and how much you’re ordering. Once you hit that order button, we’ll do a quick check to make sure your payment method is good to go. Once it’s approved, we start the process, which might take 7-8 business days. If you’re getting something custom-stitched, give us a little more time – about 10-12 business days.

And, just a heads up, any customs duties from your country are on you. We really hustle to get your orders out there safely and speedily. Don’t forget, it’s a cash-on-delivery situation. And please, make sure the person on the invoice is ready to receive the goodies. If, by any chance, the order gets canceled at your doorstep, you’re in charge of the delivery charges. Happy shopping!
